There are many ways you can support the work that we are trying to do.  Sponsoring teachers, building schools & distributing nets are our main focuses right now & there are many ways in which you can get involved in supporting them. One of the advantages of being a small charity is that our work remains personal, & our admin costs the absolute minimum.  All work both in the UK & Uganda is done volunatarily, so we can keep our overheads so low. This means that if you decided to do 'something' to support the ACDT you will know that all your money is going direct to our projects.  We keep in touch with you regularly & we can promote your activity on our website, through our blog & even through our Facebook Group.

We want to do our best to support YOU & show you how grateful we are for your help.  Should you have a particular request for where you would like your money to go we can support you & give you options so that you are happy that after all your hard work & fundraising you know EXACTLY where your money is going!

Some great ideas for fundraising can be:

• Do a parachute jump!
• Complete a running event
• Challenge yourself to any sporting event you have always wanted to do.
• Hold a coffee morning
• Organise a concert
• Do a sponsored fast, silence or other challenging feat
• Sell cakes
• Clear out your junk & hold a car boot sale
• Buy mosquito nets or bricks for your friends & family for christmas & birthdays or other celebrations!
